Boot Camp For Life

BootCamp 4 Life sessions are available in packages. Our VIP Ultimate Package offers unlimited access to any and all classes during the 8 week session, and also includes our VIP Meal Plan and Diet Analysis. Our Platinum Package allows you to attend 4 sessions weekly and includes our Meal Plan and Diet Analysis. The Gold plan provides 2 weekly sessions and Meal Plan and Diet Analysis. We also offer a Daily Class Pass for those looking to do less or to try one of the classes, or when you feel like motivating a friend to join you in staying strong. For those already here at a class who have the time and desire to do more, you can double up any time you’re here by simply paying $15.00 more to add any other class on any day you’re already in attendance. You’re strong. This will make you stronger.

Two great class options!:

Cardio Kickstart

This 45 min class will be about bodyweight movement. The coaches will have you moving up and down and side to side. There is no added weights use in class but we use your body to increase caloric burn. The coaches will be using cones, ladders, and boxes to make the class that more dynamic.

Elite Metcon

This 45 min class takes your workout to the next level. The frame work is based on structured work to rest periods. Metabolic training is design to start and stop almost maximum effort. This type of anaerobic exercise forces the body to have a greater work output which then produces a larger caloric burn. The even bigger news is the EPOC effect. This is the body working post workout to restore oxygen stores in the body. This means the body will be burning more calories during the day.

Director of Coaching – Ramon Guzman – Since graduating from NYU in 1995, Ramon has worked in the health and wellness industry. The first ten years were spent working and rehabilitating patients in physical therapy clinics in Manhattan. This experience led him to start his own company, Evolution Training Systems, LLC. In this capacity, he started working with athletes from the youth to elite college players with goals of playing sports as a professional.  Over the last eight years, he has developed “Fitness Bootcamp 4 Life”. This is an adult fitness program that merges the physical therapy science based programming and the sports performance training. The program is a safe and effective way to take control of your health and promotes fitness as a lifestyle.

About Sports Barre at Fitness Barre

Sports Barre is designed to strengthen the body and focus the mind. Each session will strengthen and stretch your muscle groups systematically – with fun, energetic music to guide you through each movement. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. Orthopedic stretching before and after the hard work, lengthens the muscles and increases flexibility and improves posture. Classes incorporate light hand weights, playground balls, yoga blocks, straps and resistance bands to bring the burn during those reps as well as mats for targeted core work. End class with the lights dim and in complete relaxation as you reflect on the benefits of all you have accomplished.

Expect to work hard, knowing it will be worth it as each class raises your athletic game.
